You represent that you are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of all bank statements uploaded to the Service. You agree not to upload fraudulent documents, malware, or illegal financial records.

4. Subscription Terms & Billing

Free Tiers include usage caps of 5 statements per month. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) auto-renew monthly or annually based on your selected billing interval. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

StatementIQ provides analytical data extraction for informational and accounting purposes. We recommend verifying financial ledgers prior to filing tax records or executing financial decisions.
